The Hotels Network helps hotels in two areas:

The Hotels Network offers hotels the technology to increase their direct bookings, up to an extra 40%, by adding a layer of tools to the website and booking engine.

 

Besides improving conversion, The Hotels Network's second product increases website traffic, by combining retargeting and personalisation: Bring back visitors who don't convert, and personalise the website for those users that come back.

Client Success Specialist

We are looking for Client Success Specialists to join our team based in Barcelona.


Responsibilities

  • Account Management: set up, onboard and proactive follow-up with current clients.
  • Coordination with the sales team to ensure an accurate service to customers.
  • Researching and analysis of new markets.
  • Monitor de results and follow up with clients.
  • Receive and process client feedback to improve the product.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Native level of German language is a must. Bringing a second European language will be a strong asset.
  • Researching and analysis of new markets.

Back-End Developer

Barcelona, Spain

We are looking for a developer to join our Product Team based in Barcelona with the possibility of the role being home-based for the right candidate if location is an issue. Either a Back-End or Full-Stack profile would be a good fit for the position.


This person will be responsible for developing and testing software at all levels of our stack, supporting clients and participating in new product development projects.


Requirements:

  • You bring 3-7 years programming experience.
  • Proficiency in PHP (including modern frameworks such as Laravel 5, Symfony 2/3 o similar), Javascript, Ajax, Web services SOAP/REST regular expressions, HTML5 and CSS.
  • Experience with MySQL & GIT. Unit Testing, Functional Testing y/o Integration Testing highly valued.
  • Best Practices: Clean Code, SOLID, Design Patterns.
  • Previous experience in start-ups an advantage.

Front-End Developer

Barcelona, Spain

We are looking for a developer to join our Product Team based in Barcelona, with the possibility of the role being home-based for the right candidate if location is an issue.


This person will be responsible for developing and testing our platform’s Front- End, which combines consumer elements with B2B elements, and will be deeply involved in new product & new functionality development.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • You bring a 4+ years programming experience.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, Javascript, JQuery, CSS3, Angular/React, Frontend frameworks like Bootstrap.
  • Experience developing complex web apps.

Sales Representative

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our international team based in Barcelona


Responsibilities

  • Cold calling prospects and existing clients (mostly prospects) to schedule web meetings and/or on-site meetings for the Sales Managers/Directors.
  • Working with Sales Managers/Directors to identify key hotel chains and individual hotels.
  • Defining the targeted hotels to call in the defined territories with the Sales Managers/Directors.
  • Maintaining the CRM and agenda of the Sales Managers/Directors.

Requirements

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team based in Barcelona and drive lead generation globally.


Responsibilities

  • Pilot the lead generation process in multiple markets/languages: traffic growth, landing pages, conversion optimization.
  • Implement effective email campaigns using a marketing automation tool and improve results based on continuous A/B testing.
  • Manage online marketing campaigns (search, display & remarketing channels) including creation of landing pages.
  • Optimize the company website focusing on SEO, usability, A/B testing, KPIs and tracking in Google Analytics.

Responsibilities in Client Success

  • Create, actívate and follow up the product for new clients.
  • Follow up of the onboarding process.
  • Set up proposal and improvement of the tool for hotels.
  • Test the tool for new developments.
  • Market research.
  • Create and update Powerpoint presentations for clients.
  • Coordinate with the tech team the new functionality implementation.
